Wee Helper
Data Processing Agreement
This is the Data Processing Agreement the setup form asks you to agree to. It covers personal information your customers type into the chat on your website. The setup form itself is covered by the privacy notice.
Last updated: 11 October 2026.
Who does what
You decide why that customer information is collected. You are the controller. Rory Dench, trading as Wee Helper, sets up and runs the chat for you. For those customer messages, Wee Helper is the processor.
The chat asks for a name and a phone number so you can reply. It does not take payment or card details. It does not ask about health.
What Wee Helper does with it
Wee Helper uses customer messages only to pass the enquiry to you. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.
Registration numbers, delivery addresses and other customer details from chats are deleted when they are no longer needed to pass on the enquiry, and sooner if you ask. Email [email protected] to ask.
Your part
Add the privacy line from the setup form to your own website privacy notice, so customers know the chat is provided by Wee Helper and how to ask for their message to be deleted.
