Client Terms

These are the Client Terms the setup form asks you to agree to. They are between you and Rory Dench, trading as Wee Helper, in Gartness, near Glasgow.

What you get

Wee Helper sets up a personalised chat on your website. It uses the answers you give about your business. The price is the one on the website: £99 to set it up, plus £20 a month. You can cancel the monthly part any time by emailing [email protected].

Before it goes live

You fill in the setup form. I read it and send you the chat to try, within 2 working days. It does not go live until you email back to say the wording, prices and answers are right. The same applies after any change: nothing new goes live until you have said yes by email.

What the chat does not do

The chat does not take payment or card details. It does not confirm a booking, date, order or quote. It takes a request so you can reply. It only quotes prices you have given, and it calls them estimates.

Your answers

You are responsible for the facts you give: prices, licences, what you do and what you don't. If something changes, tell me and I will update the chat after you have approved the new wording.
